By accessing this website at www.bigstickbourbon.com or www.bigstickspirits.com, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. To access this website, you must be old enough to legally purchase alcohol in your area of residence. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

The materials on the Company’s website are provided on an ‘as is’ basis.
